Refunds

THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON LIMITED EDITIONS OR ORIGINAL PIECES.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with the artwork, contact us within days from delivery to work towards an appropriate solution. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All shipping fees are nonrefundable. All refunds due to artwork size are not accepted. All measurements are listed in the descriptions and it is the customers responsibility to measure correctly before purchasing.

 

Lost or Damaged Items 

All shipments sent out are insured by our shipping providers. If your items arrive damaged or are lost in transit please email us and we will investigate your specific situation and ensure to work towards an appropriate solution. 

We post all deliveries to the address you provide to us, so please double check your order confirmation email to ensure that the address is correct. Glory Rodriguez.art accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. 

If there is any issues with your order please contact us within 3 business days from receiving your order or the “order delivered” notification. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to replace or refund your damaged or lost order via the shipment insurance policy.
